Sports physiotherapy

Get back in the game.
When you are ready.

From amateurs to competitive athletes: a programme built around your sport, your goals and your season. With a clear method and measured progress.

From day one to the pitch

Get back in the game
when you are truly ready.

What we do

Four ways to
stay in the game.

01

What we do

  • 01Injury rehabilitationSprains, muscle injuries, tendinopathies, ACL, the athlete's shoulder: from the day after to full training.
  • 02Criteria-based return to playTests decide, not the calendar. You play again when strength, control and confidence are ready.
  • 03PreventionProgrammes tailored to the demands of your sport, to reduce the risk of injury and re-injury.
  • 04Strength and performanceTraining strength, power and load capacity is the best way to protect yourself and perform better.

02

Sports I work with most

  • Football
  • Tennis and padel
  • Running
  • Basketball
  • Volleyball
  • Swimming
  • Cycling
  • Gym and CrossFit

The method

Return to play
in six phases.

  1. 01

    Protect

Right after the injury: settle pain and swelling, protect the area (ice, bandage or brace when needed) and keep the rest of the body moving.

  2. 02

    Assess

A full assessment to find what is missing: strength measured and compared side to side, mobility, movement control, balance and validated questionnaires. The numbers become the starting point.

  3. 03

    Restore function

Exercise and manual therapy chosen around the deficits found: movement, control and confidence come back, until everyday life feels normal again.

  4. 04

    Strength and conditioning

Strength, power, running, jumping and cutting, with loads that grow gradually and are monitored.

  5. 05

    Re-test

The same tests again (side-to-side strength, hops and landings, agility, psychological readiness): you move on when the results pass the threshold we agreed, not when the calendar says so.

  6. 06

    Compete again

A gradual return: team training first, then minutes in matches, with a prevention programme to avoid setbacks.

Working with a team?

Prevention programmes for clubs and coaches: pre-season screening, structured warm-ups and a direct line for injuries.
