Sport has always been my language. Since I was young I've played many different sports, some at competitive level: training, competitions, wins and a few injuries. That's where I understood how well the body can adapt, and how much it matters to have someone guiding you the right way.

It was my passion for sport that led me to physiotherapy. I wanted to turn what I had lived on the field into a job serving people: helping those in pain move again, those who got injured come back stronger, and those who had surgery get their lives back.

I graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of Catania with 110/110 cum laude and I keep training every day, because rehabilitation evolves and my patients deserve the most up-to-date practice. I work at Humanitas Istituto Clinico Catanese and founded Motus Rx to offer an even more personal path.

My approach is simple: truly listen to you, understand the source of the problem and build a tailored plan together, made of hands, movement and exercise. With an athlete's mindset: clear goals, consistency, measurable results.
